Washington Search Partners was formed in the Seattle area by the former global head of HR for Tiffany, Gucci, Saks and Catherine’s, John Hagen, Nordstrom HR customer service educated and lifelong Pacific Northwest resident and, former Heidrick and Struggles consultant and long-time China executive search business owner and resident, Catherine Pierce.
